If you have any issues with our products failing under normal use due to a manufacturing defect, let us know. We will make it right by repairing or replacing the defective item, for as long as we are in business.
Claridge Leather exists to create premium leather goods, built to be as durable as they are beautiful. Everything we make is built to be enjoyed for a long, long time with proper care. We take a careful, no-compromise approach to our craftsmanship, because we want you to be as happy with your item in ten years as you were the day you bought it.
Here is our proposal to you:
Your part: Enjoy your leather. Take care of it. Leather needs love, so show it some love. Keep it clean and dry when possible. Condition it with a high quality product (such as Smith's Leather Balm) when it needs it.
Our part: We design and build things to last a long time. We stand by our products.
If we determine that a failure was due to something beyond "normal use," there may be repair costs involved. Our goods are durable, not bulletproof!
Should you ever need to send something back for a repair, please contact us first. We will ask that you cover the round-trip shipping costs for your item.

- Free USPS shipping in the U.S. on orders over $50
- Shipping method is USPS Priority or First Class (you will receive an email with tracking info after checkout)
- Orders generally ship within 3-5 business days.
All sales are final, and we do not accept returns (except in the case of a manufacturing defect, as described above). Instead, we hope to answer all of your questions about our products on the front end, prior to your order being placed. If you have any questions whatsoever, please ask! We are happy to supply additional information or pictures to help you decide. We understand that handmade leather goods are an investment. We want you to be well-informed and, ultimately, very happy with your purchase!
